By accessing or using the Unifi2Halo service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Description
Unifi2Halo provides integration services between UniFi Controllers and Halo ITSM. The service includes automated device synchronization, ticket creation, and status monitoring.
3. Service Level Agreement
- We aim to maintain 99% uptime for our service
- Updates occur every 2-5 minutes depending on your plan
- Support response within 24 hours for critical issues
- Regular maintenance windows will be communicated in advance
4. Your Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate account information
- Ensure proper access credentials for both systems
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
5. Payment Terms
Service fees are billed monthly in advance. Payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the service.
